How it works
From a brief to a living page, one visible step at a time.
Scroll through the life of a single article. Every step leaves a trace you can read: who did what, with which version, and why.
01 Brief
Start with a good question.
Write down the topic, the reader and the sources you trust. CoText keeps them as context for every draft — sources are read as data, never as instructions.
02 Write together
A first draft in your voice.
The draft follows your brief, your brand profile and your editorial rules. Then it's your text: rewrite a passage, ask for title ideas, shorten a section.
03 Learn
Every edit teaches it something.
When you change a sentence, CoText notes before, after and why. Once a pattern shows up twice it becomes an editorial rule — visible, and yours to keep or switch off.
04 Review
A second pair of eyes, then your decision.
Hard checks, the AI editor and a cross-check by a different model flag what needs attention. Your approval is tied to the exact version you read.
05 Publish
Approved once, published everywhere.
Send the approved version to your site and your social channels right away, or let it land in an open slot on the calendar.
06 Keep current
Still worth reading next year.
When a page loses traffic or its facts age, CoText proposes an update with its reasons — and sends it back through review before anything changes.
Inside CoText
Built for the whole editorial job.
Not a text box with a model behind it. The tools around the writing are what keep a publication consistent.
Brand voice and editorial memory
A versioned brand profile and rules learned from your edits, applied to every draft and in every language.
AI editor and cross-check
Polishes without rewriting, flags unsourced claims, and lets a different model take a second look before you approve.
Quick packs and autopilot
Turn one topic into a cluster, an FAQ or a guide series. Autopilot writes, checks and prepares the whole pack for a single approval.
Social posts and plans
Turn articles into posts for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram and Threads, or let AI spread a month of posts across your calendar.
Cover images
Upload your own or generate a cover with AI; it travels with the article to your channels and downloads.
Seven languages
Write and localize in English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Arabic and Japanese; language versions stay linked to their source.
Search performance
Connect Google Search Console to spot pages that are losing traffic and mark them for an update.
Your AI assistant, same rules
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through MCP. Assistants work in the same flow, with the same approvals.
CoText Studio
Everything in its place. Your ideas, free to grow.

Visible decisions. Safe progress.
Hand over authority step by step. Stay in control.
The line between suggestion, approval and publishing is always visible. You decide which steps to hand over — anything outside your rules comes back to a person, with the reason.
Create together
AI writes only when you ask. You shape the draft, edit it and define your style.
Every plan · Human controlApprove and schedule
New content goes through the AI editor and lands on the review desk. You approve; it publishes on its own at the scheduled time.
Every plan · Editor's decisionDelegate as much as you allow
Set explicit rules: auto-approve when the hard checks pass and the AI editor has no warnings, fill open publishing slots, propose updates for aging content.

Questions on your mind
Frequently asked questions
How does CoText work with a human editor?
CoText drafts, the AI editor suggests edits, and the final decision is always yours. Your corrections become editorial rules for future drafts — you see each one and decide whether it stays.
Which channels can I publish to?
Today: WordPress / WooCommerce, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost, Wix, HubSpot, BigCommerce, and IdeaSoft — plus your own website, through signed webhooks and the read API. CoText publishes only the approved version and, when you update a piece, updates the same post instead of creating a copy.
Does the AI guarantee the content is accurate?
No. CoText tries to flag unsourced details and invented experience claims; checking the facts before publishing is the editor's job.
How do credits work?
Each plan includes credits for every billing period. Only the big jobs use credits: writing an article, creating a social post, a language version or an update proposal. The AI editor, AI suggestions and cross-checks are included (with daily fair-use limits). If an operation fails, the credits come back. Need more? Buy an extra credit pack. If your plan allows your own Anthropic API key, work done with it uses no credits.
Can CoText publish on its own?
Only as far as you allow. At level three you set explicit rules — for example, auto-approve when the hard checks pass and the AI editor has no warnings. Anything outside your rules comes back to a person, with the reason.
What happens to my content and data?
Your content is yours: download pieces as .docx or .md, or export the whole workspace as JSON or ZIP. Two-step verification protects your account, and you can delete your workspace whenever you want.
How does early access work?
Fill in the form and your request reaches us. When your workspace is ready, we'll email you an invitation. For now, accounts open by invitation only.
